Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask you that you kindly give us 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice could result in cancellations fees or preventing you from scheduling future services at our salon.

Late Policy

Our scheduling is designed to provide adequate time to complete your services. As a courtesy to our guest, we ask that you arrive 15 min in advance of your appointment. Late arrivals will be accommodated or rescheduled at the discretion of our management team. Late guest may also be liable for a late fee due to added time for service providers schedule.

Children

At Rlo Salon, we are committed to creating a calm, professional, and safe environment for all guests and team members. To maintain the highest standard of service and safety, we kindly ask that children not be brought to the salon unless they are able to sit quietly and independently in the reception area for the duration of the appointment.

Our salon environment includes hot styling tools, sharp implements, and chemicals that can pose safety risks. In addition, the presence of children requiring supervision can disrupt both the stylist's focus and the quality of service provided to you and other guests.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and there may be times when bringing your child to your appointment is unavoidable. If that occurs, we ask that you only bring your child if they are able to sit calmly and without supervision in the waiting area. If your child is unable to do so, your appointment will need to be rescheduled out of respect for the safety and experience of everyone in the salon.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, relaxing, and professional atmosphere at Rlo Salon.

Securing your Reservation

All appointments require a credit card number in order to secure your reservation. Credit cards will not be charged unless appointment is missed or cancelled before 24 hour notice.

Guarantee of Service

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify us with in 1 week. We will consult with you to determine how we may adjust your service accordingly. No refunds or credit for service will be given. Our team members top priority is 100% happy guests, and to ensure your satisfaction with you results

Refunds

Gift cards are non refundable.

Hair care item are fully refundable if unopened.

Donation Gift Cards

All donated gift cards obtained through raffles do have an expiration date. We are not able to accept these after noted expiration date.

Plastic gift cards purchased through our salon company however never expire.

Credit Card

Guests paying with a credit card will be subjected to pay a convenience fee of 3% of bill.
